Personal Hygiene – We love our members! We want to see you every day. We want to talk and enjoy our friendships with you. We want to watch you work hard to grow your fitness level. We don’t want to smell you! Lol. Be sure to wash your workout gear and clothing regularly. Every once in a while it may be a good idea to soak that stuff in warm soapy water for a few hours. If your detergent isn’t doing the job then try a different brand. Make sure you have showered and brushed your teeth in the last day. The gym should be a pleasurable experience for everyone. Not just the person who forgot to put deodorant on! Be sure to respect your fellow members by sticking to these ideas. Our noses thank you in advance!

Workout:

A. 12 Min AMRAP:

30-60-90-120-150  Double Unders

1  –  2 –  3 – 4  –  5      25′ DB Walking Lunge

B. 10 min AMRAP:

20 AB Mat Crunches

5 Burpee Pull Ups  (Bar/Ring Muscle Ups  (Comp)
