Believe it or not you actually have to workout to get fit! Set a schedule each week to insure you make it in to the amount of classes you pay for. Don’t be lazy and skip a scheduled workout day. It only will set you behind and make it harder to get in the next time. When you are feeling lazy remember this: After several weeks of brutal training aspiring Navy Seals are put through hell week. During this week they are fed minimal amounts of food and water. They are given almost no chance to sleep. They are in an almost constant state of hypothermia while completing physically demanding activities. All of this to serve our country and protect us from people who may do evil to us. All of the sudden and quick hour workout after a long warm day at work doesn’t seem so bad.

A. Burner Chipper:

30 DB Burpees

30 DB Box Step Overs  50, 35RX  35, 25F

30 Jumping Squats

30 DB Snatches

30 Jumping Lunges

30 DB Snatches

30 Jumping Squats

30 DB Box Step Overs

30 DB Burpees
