As a crossfitter we are all athletes. As an athlete we all will eventually have to deal with nagging injuries. Nagging injuries take some TLC to get rid of. If you are one of these members you have to work to get yourself better. Stretching, massage, ice, rest and anti-inflammatory are all part of that process. Take the time to work on your bangs and bruises. Come to the gym and work on the problem even if you can not workout. Your fitness will thank you!
