Holiday Schedule: Our schedule at the end of this week will be slightly different due to the upcoming July 4th holiday. Thursday we will hold regular classes and Friday we will have open gym. We will post next weeks schedule on Monday.

Social: We had an awesome time tubing this weekend! Remember our gym is not only a fitness club but also a social club. Who knows you may actually have a good time without having to do burpees!

Burpee Box Jump

DB Snatch x2

B. Complex: 3 Front Squats + 3 Jerks

Work up to heaviest load possible from rack
