Memorial Day Weekend Schedule: Our schedule will be a little different during Memorial Day weekend. Be sure to make it in on Monday afternoon to honor one of our fallen hero’s!

Thursday: Normal Classes

Friday: Open Gym

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Monday: Hero Wod @ 3:00 only

Workout –

A. Back Squats: Work up to a heavy 3 rep set.

B. 4 x 4 Min rounds – 1 min rest

40 KB Swings

20 Over the Box Jumps

20 Toes to Bar
