Schedule Change: Saturday Morning Class

This Saturday we will move our morning class up to 9:30am so we can attend and support the annual Blondes Vs Brunettes Charity football game for Alzheimer’s. We have many former members and friends who compete in the game and have supported the cause for the past 3 years now. Ask coach Adam if you are interested in attending or supporting the event for charity!

Workout:

A. Clean and Jerk: 3 singles at each load. Work up to the heaviest 3 possible.

B. For Time:
100 Double Unders (200 Singles)
50 KB Swings 53, 35RX 35, 25F
50 Wall Balls 20, 14RX 14, 10F
