Choose a load that is manageable for you! The ultimate goal is for every athlete to be at the same load % based on strength and ability level. It doesn’t mean you will move at the same pace! If the loading is correct the fastest athletes in class should be the fittest athletes!

150 Double Unders   (400 Singles)

75 KB Swings   53, 35RX  35, 25F
