Workout – Tuesday 10/29/2019

Data – The open offers a great opportunity to recieve and analyze your workout date. What aspects of each workout do you struggle with? Is it conditioning, strength, skill, endurance, mobility or something else. Use that data and take the extra time to improve the areas you struggle with. If you don’t know how to tackle your weakness ask coach Adam. It is usually a easy solution but will take some extra work repair.
