Awesome work on 20.1!! We will have the scores posted in the gym for everyone who is interested in keeping up with their progress through the next 4 weeks. There will be two divisions RX & Scaled/Masters. If you didn’t have an opportunity to attempt 20.1 make sure you make it in for 20.2!!

A. Front Squats: Work up to a heavy 2 sets of 5

B. For Time:

40 Cal Row
40 Pull Ups (Chest to Bar C) (Ring Rows F)
400 M Run
40 Toes to Bar (V-Ups F)
