Hours: We will now be running our Foundations classes at 6:45pm on Tuesday and Thursday instead of 7:30. This should not change our members schedule except Thursday evening we will close at 8:00 instead of 8:30.

New Coach: Our very own Alisa Fayyad has officially completed her Level 1 CrossFit Training and will be coming to a class near you. Congrats Alisa!

Workout:

A. 4 Rounds for time
12 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
24 Alt. Dumbbell Snatches (50lb/35lb)

B. 7 min AMRAP:
50 double-unders
10 overhead squats  135, 95RX  105, 70L
