Staying on top of the newest CrossFit trends and coaching techniques is important to us at SoCap CrossFit. Coach Adam will be leaving town on Friday to attend and receive his CrossFit Level 2 training certification. The Level 2 training certification will put coach at a more elite training level and will help all of our athletes reach their fitness goals more efficiently!

Our weekly schedule will be slightly different this week.

All class hours are the same but we will hold regular classes on Thursday and open gym will be Friday. Make sure you get a good week of training in!

A. Chipper:

60 Cal Row

60 Pull Ups

60 Wall Balls 20, 14RX   14, 10L

600 Meter Run

60 Dumbell Snatches 50, 35RX  35, 25L

60 Double Unders

60 Burpees
