Everyone performed great on 18.1! With close to 30 athletes completing the workout yesterday we have good momentum moving into the final 4 weeks. Lets keep up the great attendance and work!

Workout:

A. 2 Min to complete: 5 Snatch + 5 Overhead Squats

Work up to the heaviest load possible

B. 15 Min AMRAP:

20 Burpees

120′ DB Walking Lunge

120 Double Unders
