The open is over! Great work to everyone who attempted the workouts this year. As usual it was tough. We want to give special attention to everyone who signed up for the open. Its not easy to put yourself out there and compete in such a big competition. We want to give an even more special attention to everyone who was able to post a score for all 5 workouts. It takes some serious discipline and longevity to stick with it for 5 Weeks. Amazing work! Everyone can go to the website and search for SoCap CrossFit to see how your fellow gym members stack up against the rest of the world, region, state, and within our own affiliate.
