Over the past week we have had a ton of first time accomplishments. Many members got their first pull-up or muscle-up and many people worked thru multiple reps! Hard work is starting to pay off and that’s all of our goals. the open is a great tool to allow people to broaden their skill set. Trust the process and never be afraid to try.

Workout:

A. Complex: 1 Clean + 2 Jerks. Work up to a heavy set

B. For Time: 50-25, 40-20, 30-15, 20-10, 10-5

Double Unders

Thrusters 75, 45L   95, 65RX
