Workout – Tues 03/07/2017







17.2 was another success! Every year the open forces people to try harder skills and more reps. Everyone’s fitness grows from that experience. If you are not where you want to be keep posting scores and working hard. Post your score every week. Remember the first two workouts have been small person workouts. The heavy weight is coming.

Make sure you are competing against the right sub-set of people. You can manipulate the leaderboard to set yourself against a group of your peers. Coach Adam only looks at the RX mid atlantic region when comparing scores. You may want to look at the scaled or SoCap leaderboard to compare yourself. Good work!


A. Squat Clean & Jerk: 2 reps at each weight. Work up Slowly.

B. 5 Rounds:

5 Power Snatch 105, 70L  135, 95RX

5 Front Squat

5 Bar Facing Burpees
