Nice work to everyone who gave the open workout a try this past week! It was a long and tough one. We are looking forward to the 2nd workout announcement Thursday night.

Workout:

A. Squat Clean: Start @ 50%. Work up with 2 reps at each weight. Post heaviest weight completed twice.

B. 3 Rounds:

18 power snatch  85, 55L   105, 70RX    115, 75RX+

400 meter run
