Above is the CrossFit Hierarchy. This pyramid shows the major aspects of fitness in order of importance from bottom to top. We program our workouts with this in mind and try to maximize the fitness of our members as efficiently as possible. With the open coming up we will really be pushing the metabolic conditioning and gymnastics aspects as these are the most prominent in the open workouts. It is very possible that your overall fitness will be the best after the open season because of this! Embrace these workouts and have fun with them!
