Our weekly schedule will be slightly different this week due to Coach Adam heading out of town to receive the CrossFit Level 2 Trainers Certification.

All class hours are the same but we will hold regular classes on Thursday and open gym will be Friday. Make sure you get a good week of training in!

Workout:

25 Min AMRAP:

Eliminate one movement each round. Try to get to as close to finishing as possible.

300 M Run

25 Back Squats 155, 105RX   125, 85L

25 Toes to Bar

25 Cal Row

25 HRPU  (HSPU RX+)
