Awesome week ahead! Coach Adam will be out of town until Thursday. This week only we will hold open gym on Wednesday and regular classes Thursday. ALL CLASS TIMES ARE THE SAME AS USUAL. The lunch class will be ran as open gym but the workout of the day will be on the board and is be expected to be completed. Lets get this week started on the right track!

Workout:

A. Strict Press: 10-8-6-4-2-2-2-2

Establish a 2 Rep Max. Use light weights and work through sets above as warm up adding weigh as reps decrease. (clean from the ground) no bend in knees!

B. For Time:

60 Double Under (buy-In for each round)  (Jumping Double Taps S)

Deadlift 185, 105RX   135, 95L
Bar Facing Burpees
