Competition Weekend: Congrats to our four beast that competed in the Summer Slam competition. They put out some great efforts against competitors who were better than advertised. Competing in CrossFit is a crash course in speed and efficiency. If you want to get your workout pace up, exposing yourself to that atmosphere can go a long way.

Front Squats: We have been in a front squat cycle for the last 5 weeks. Today we will test out our progress with the one rep max.

Workout:

A. 25-20-15-10-5

Pull Ups (Chest to Bar RX+)

DB Snatch  50, 35RX   35, 25L

B. Front Squat: Establish a new 1 rep max
