Workout – Monday 03/05/2018







On Friday evening at our after Open workout dinner we announced AJ Jacobs as the 2017 Athlete of the year. This award goes to the member who was most dedicated to their fitness over the past year. Attendance, work ethic and attitude are all attributes shown by the athlete of the year. Be sure to congratulate AJ when you see him in the gym!
