Test & Re-Test:

With every Open workout we will have the opportunity to test and re-test each workout with two days in-between. The test and re-test method is a great way to grow your CrossFit skills and conditioning. Everyone who does these workouts twice has the opportunity to adjust intensity, pace, technique and strategy to maximize their performance. These adjustments made and skills obtained can be great in quickly increasing the ability of all our athletes. If you didn’t get a chance to try 18.1 make sure you come today and give it a go!
