The CrossFit Games Open Competition will be here at the end of this week! For those of you who don’t know, this is the worldwide competition where anyone can compete and test themselves against peers and the best athletes in the world. This year will have a prescribed and scaled division. Feel free to sign up and compete to see where you stack up. A judge will be available to keep your score if you compete. For more info check out or ask coach Adam. We are looking forward to another great open season!
