A. Olympic Lifting –

Snatch: Start @ 2×80%  Men work up by 10# Women by 5# completing 2 reps until failure

B. Metcon –

10 Min AMRAP:

60 Bar-Facing Burpees  (40 Burpees F)
30 Overhead Squats (Front Squats F)   (115, 75RX)  (95, 65F)
30 Pull Ups  (10 Ring Muscle Ups C)
