Test and Retest:  This concept is extremely important in finding concrete ways to measure performance and fitness in CrossFit.  That is why CrossFit created the famous bench mark workouts we all love to hate today.  The awesome thing is you can take any specific workout to use as a measurement tool! 4 Devils Press (50, 35RX) (35, 25F)
3 Rounds:
15 Toes to Bar
60 Double Unders (120 Single Unders F)
2 Rounds:
30 Wall Balls (20, 14RX) (14, 20F)
5 Cleans (185, 135RX) (155, 105F) (225, 155C)
1 Round:
20 1 Arm Overhead Lunges (50, 35RX) (35, 25F)
Remainder of time to work up to a heavy snatch
