Christmas/3 Year Anniversary Party:    Saturday Dec 17th @ 7:00-10:00 at the gym

We will supply beer and snacks for the party. If anyone wants to bring snacks or a beverage of your choice that is fine! We also have some cool CrossFit related gifts to raffle off. Be sure to stop by and celebrate the season with all of our gym members. Feel free to bring your spouse/significant other.

A. Barbell Cycling: 12 Min EMOM – 5 reps of each – 95, 65L  115, 75RX  135, 95RX+

Min 1: Power Snatch  Min 2: Thruster  Min 3: Clean & Jerk
