Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 toes-to-bars
10 deadlifts 95, 65 L  (115, 75 RX)
5 snatches

Immediately after….

B. 12 Mins to establish Complex Max: 1 Snatch + 6 Overhead Squats

C. 50 Thrusters 95, 65 L 115, 75 RX  for time (5 burpee buy-in each min)
