Take care of yourself! CrossFit is intense. Make sure you are doing enough outside the gym to insure a good performance inside the gym. Stretch and mobilize, hydrate, protect your hands, eat healthy, dont smoke or over drink and address nagging injuries. We were all given a Ferrari for a body so don’t treat it like a 1994 geo metro. Your body and workout times will thank you!

A. 40-30-20-10 reps for time of:

Wall-balls 20, 14RX

Toes to Bar  0r  Abmat Crunches

Rest 5 minutes, then,

B. 40-30-20-10 reps for time of:

Power Snatch 45, 75RX

Burpees
