The open is over! We would like to give a shout out to everyone who signed up and competed in the open. Especially those who completed and posted a score for every workout. The Open competition is  a challenging exercise in many different life lessons. Not just physically! Those that commit themselves to the stress and challenge have the opportunity to grow as human beings. That is awesome. It is really hard at any level so take the time to congratulate these people.

A. Olympic Lifting: Work up to a 4 rep split jerk max

B. 15 Min AMRAP:

800 M Run

80 Double Unders

60 Pull ups

40 Thrusters  85, 55L   95, 65RX

20 Snatches 85, 55L   95, 65RX
