Workout:

Open Wod 16.4! Class times are the same but we will run 1 heat every 15 min or so. This will be more like a competition setting and should be a fun change to our regular class routine. Everyone competing in the open will be judged and will complete the workout as written. Every one not competing in the open can do this workout as written also! You will be responsible for your own warm up so get loose!  Everyone who completed the judges course is welcome to hang around before and after your workout as you will probably be needed. Thanks

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
55 deadlifts  135, 95 S   225, 155RX
55 wall-ball shots (20, 10 9ft s)  (20, 14 RX)
55-calorie row
55 handstand push-ups (HRPU S)
