Workout:

Due to the logistics required to execute Open Wod 16.2, our classes will be running similar to last Monday. Class times are the same but we will run 1 heat every 20 min or so. This will be more like a competition setting and should be a fun change to our regular class routine. Everyone competing in the open will be judged and will complete the workout as written. Everyone not competing in the open will perform a 16 Min AMRAP of the workout below. The only difference in the workout is you will choose 1 weight to use for the entire workout instead of increasing the weight each round. You will be responsible for your own warm up and cool down and will have two options Scaled or Rx. Everyone who completed the judges course is welcome to hang around before and after your workout as you will probably be needed. Thanks

Open Wod 16.2

Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 toes-to-bars (Knee Raises)
50 double-unders (Singles)
15 squat cleans, 135 / 85 lb.    (95, 55 S)

If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb.   (115, 75 S)

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb.   (135, 95 S)

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
9 squat cleans, 275 / 175 lb.   (155, 115 S)

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
7 squat cleans, 315 / 205 lb.  (185, 135 S)
