Burpee Challenge: Week 9   59-60-61-62-63-64-65=441

Workout:

Due to the time and space required to execute 16.1, our classes will be run a little different today. Class times are the same but we will run 1 heat every 25 min. This will be more like a competition setting and should be a fun change to our regular class routine. Everyone competing in the open will be judged and will complete their workout in the large gym space. Everyone not competing in the open will complete their workout in the showroom and will replace the walking lunges with 8 standing in place lunges so we can insure there is sufficient space for everyone. You will responsible for your own warm up and cool down and will have two options Scaled or Rx. Everyone who completed the judges course is welcome to hang around before and after your workout as you will probably be needed. Thanks

20 min AMRAP:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.

20 Min AMRAP:

25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 45 lb.
Women lunge 35 lb.
