Today everyone will get a chance to complete Open Wod 17.1. We will run 2 heats in each class if needed so everyone can attempt and be counted during the workout. Get ready for some fun because its a tough one!

15 burpee box jump-overs (burpee step-overs Scaled)

30 dumbbell snatches

40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
