The CrossFit Games Open Competition is here! The first open workout announcement will be Thursday night. For those of you who don’t know, this is the worldwide competition that starts in your own affiliate and ends at the CrossFit Games.  Anyone can compete and test themselves against peers and the best CrossFit athletes in the world. This year will have a prescribed and scaled division as well as masters division starting at 35 years old. Feel free to sign up to see where you stack up. We will complete the workout as a class if possible on Monday of every week for 5 weeks. Open gym will be set back to Friday for the next 5 weeks. This will allow athletes to get their first crack at the workout on Friday during open gym time. A judge will be available those days to keep your score if you compete.
