Weekend Workouts: The Saturday morning classes have really picked up the last 6 weeks or so. Thanks to everyone who comes regularly. If you haven’t been making it you may want to give it a try. We do different and unique workouts compared to the weekdays including teams and other cool things.

Workout:

A. 3 Rounds – Each round scored individually

R1 – 3 Min AMRAP (Chipper)

2 Min Rest

R2 – 6 Min AMRAP (Chipper)

2 Min Rest

R3 – 15 Min AMRAP (Chipper)

Chipper:

20 Cal Row

30 Wall Balls 20, 14

20 Toes to Bar

30 Box Jumps 24″, 20″

20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 95, 65L  115, 75RX

30 Burpees

20 Shoulder to Overhead

5 Rope Climbs (10 Rope Pull Up & Downs)
