The CrossFit Games Open Competition will be here in a couple of weeks week! For those of you who don’t know, this is the worldwide competition that starts in your own affiliate.  Anyone can compete and test themselves against peers and the best athletes in the world. This year will have a prescribed and scaled division. Feel free to sign up to see where you stack up. We will complete the workout one day every week for 5 weeks. A judge will be available those days to keep your score if you compete. For more info check out CrossFit.com or ask coach Adam. We are looking forward to another great open season!

A. Jerk: Work up to a heavy 1 rep

B. 16 Min AMRAP:

10 Squat Cleans 155, 105L  185, 125RX

25 Toes to Bar

50 Double Unders (125 Singles S)
