Everyone has been working hard the last few weeks! Keep up the good work over the holiday season so you don’t lose the progress you have made. Also, be sure to watch your nutrition. The CrossFit prescription is to eat meat & veges, nuts & seeds, some fruit, little starches and no sugar. Stick to this as much as possible and if you must save your cheat day for those holiday feasts!
