Saturday Workouts: For the next few weeks we are going to experiment with a new Saturday morning workout. Members will now create the workout with the help of a coach. This is similar to the old school CrossFit hopper concept. Hopefully this will give the members a little more freedom on what movements they do on Saturdays and help boost attendance! Be sure to come in and throw out a movement or your workout ideas!!!

Workout:

A. Jerk: work up to a heavy sing from behind the head

B. 4 Rounds:

15 DB Front Squats   50, 35RX  35, 25 F

10 DB Burpees

5 Rope Climbs  (20 parallel pull ups F)
