Schedule Change –  Due to lack of attendance for several months now we will no longer hold the Friday 6:45pm class. If you are a little behind on Friday afternoon feel free to catch up with the 5:45 class even if you are a few mins late.

A. Overhead Squat – Work up to a heavy 5 reps (Front Squat S)

B. 10 Min AMRAP:

30 DB Snatch 50, 35RX 35, 25F
2 25′ DB Overhead Walking Lunges
