Workout –

A. Jerk: Establish a heavy single. 2 reps at each load.

B. Short “Mary”

15 Min AMRAP:

5 HSPU or 7 Push Ups
10 Pistols or 20 Air Squats
15 Pull Ups or Ring Rows
