Competition: We have two local team competitions coming up in the next couple of months. One team is signed up for the 4 person Summer Slam Aug 25th. Also, there is the Squad Gone Wod  3 person team event on Oct 13th. Both events have intermediate and beginner divisions. Build a team or ask coach Adam how to get involved in one of these events!

Workout:

A. Hang Snatch: Establish a heavy 1 rep.

B. 10 Min AMRAP:

10 Box Jumps 24, 20

10 Deadlifts  155, 105RX   115, 75L

10 Shoulder to Overhead
