We have a couple teams competing at the CrossFit TTG competition this Saturday. If you have time stop by and cheer them on for a workout or two. Local competitions typically run from 9:00-5:00 so there is plenty of time to get by and support our athletes!

Also, a large group of members and friends will be going on a tubing trip Sunday around lunch time. If you are interested ask Coach Adam or Alisa F for more details.

Spring Referral Program:

From now until July 1st we will be running a new referral program. Any member that refers a friend to the gym who signs up for one of our 6 month memberships will receive $70.00 off their membership fee. Referrals are unlimited so you add up multiple $70.00 discounts. Help the gym and yourself by telling your friends about us!
