100-ft. dumbbell overhead walking lunge 35, 20L 50, 35RX
100 double-unders    (225 singles)
50 wall-ball shots 14, 10L   20, 14 RX
15-ft. rope climb, 10 ascents  or  50 Pull Ups
50 wall-ball shots
100 double-unders
100-ft. dumbbell overhead walking lunge
