Competitions:

On May 5th coach Adam will be competing at the Battle of the Boro with his good buddy Juice. We would love everyone to come out and support us! Also, registration is still open for anyone who wants to grab a partner and compete. There is RX and Scaled divisions.

Did you Know: As a high school senior running back George “Juice” Bell was 2nd in the nation in the All American Football Rankings. That is the best of the best folks. Number 1 in the rankings that year was Adrian Peterson the superstar running back for the Minnesota Vikings.

Masters Qualifiers: From now through Monday we will be attempting  some of the CrossFit Games masters qualifier workouts with Lisa as she competes. Lets hit them hard!

Workout:

Masters Qualifier Workout 4 (A)

A. Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

9 handstand push-ups   (Hand Release Push Ups L)
6 burpees
3 snatches  165/115 RX     125/85L

B. 5 Rounds:

6 Thrusters  135/95 RX     115/75L

12 Toes to Bar
