Its official! Coach Adam is now a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2).

Attendance: CrossFit’s prescription is for athletes to train 5-6 days per week. Though attendance hasn’t been terrible, it could be better especially on Saturdays. Make sure you are getting your 5 days of training in. I challenge all of our athletes to come to at least 1 Saturday class per month. Who knows you might actually have fun and earn the right to take in some of those unfavorable carbs!

Workout

A. Complex:

1 Clean + 5 Front Squats
Work up to the heaviest load possible.

B. 10 Min AMRAP:

30 Cal Row
30 Shoulder to Overhead 95, 65L 115, 75RX
