Workout – Friday 01/28/2019









Preparation is a great way to improve your class performance and prevent aches and pains. Be smart about attacking body parts that tend to be tight or problematic. Come to class early or spend time earlier the day preparing for the movements in the workout. Lets get to work!

Workout –

A. Olympic Weightlifting: Clean & Jerk – Work up to the heaviest two singles possible.

B. Metcon: 2 Rounds –

25 Burpees

50 Wall Balls  20, 14RX  14, 10F
