On 01/27/2018 coach Adam will be competing at the Sua Sponte Games in Durham. We would love to have multiple teams represent the gym. If you are interested there is beginner and intermediate divisions. This would be a great way to start you competitive CrossFit career and get valuable experience that is only offered in a competitive scenario. If you are interested ask a fellow member around your same fitness level or ask coach Adam and he will try to pair you up with the right person.
