A. “Air Force”:
20 Thrusters
20 SDHP
20 Push Jerks
20 OHS
20 Front Squats.
At the beginning of every minute, you must do 4 burpees.
M:95#/W:65#

B. Squat Snatch: Work up to a 2 rep max (2 reps must be complete in 30 seconds)
