Workout & Big Annoucement – Monday 11/25/2019

Announcement:

SoCap CrossFit will be closing our doors for business in late December.  The last workout will be Monday, December 23rd.  Business and classes will run as normal until that day.  The majority of business assets have been sold and we have worked out a membership exchange agreement with our friends at CrossFit Invoke.  If your membership payment is due between now and December 23rd your rate will be prorated to end on the 23rd.  In the next few days we will give more details on the membership exchange with CrossFit Invoke.  It is our goal to keep the Socap CrossFit community together and move as a group to CrossFit Invoke.  If you have any questions you can call, text or ask coach Adam at any time.  Your trust in my training program and willingness to support my business has meant the world to me. I can’t thank all of our former and current membership enough.  Thank you!
