One more push and the open is done! CrossFit is an awesome training program for people who want to reach their highest level of fitness. It is also an awesome sport where athletes at heart can put their competitiveness to the test. It is OK to use the program to match whatever fitness goals you have.

Great job to all of our athletes who attempted these workouts. A special shout out to all those athletes who signed up and posted their scores. It takes a lot of courage and longevity to last throughout the open. Good Work!
